Gezocht: bestuurslid /penningmeester

Hou jij van cijfers en begrotingen? Heb je affiniteit met (piano)muziek? En vind je het ook nog leuk om mee te denken over nieuwe activiteiten en festivals ? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Wij zijn op zoek naar een nieuw bestuurslid dat de rol van penningmeester op zich wil nemen. Het is een onbezoldigde functie.

Stichting PianoFest

Stichting PianoFest is in 2017 opgericht. Met een ondernemend en professioneel team organiseren we regelmatig pianofestivals, waar amateurs voor 5 minuten in de huid kunnen kruipen van een echte concertpianist. We organiseren daarnaast kleinere events. We doen dit voor alle amateurpianisten in Nederland: Of je nu 5 jaar bent of 85, al je hele leven op pianoles zit, of net zelf begonnen bent op je zolderkamer met een YouTube-tutorial, of je nu klassiek speelt, of je eigen jazzy-popcomposities. We zijn er voor alle pianoliefhebbers van elk niveau!

Het bestuur

Het bestuur is uitvoerend en bestaat verder uit een voorzitter, die zich bezighoudt met fondsenwerving en de algemene coördinatie en een secretaris, die productie en vormgeving in haar portefeuille heeft. Wij vergaderen in principe eens per twee maanden op een locatie in Amsterdam. Ook buiten de vergaderingen onderhouden wij regelmatig contact voor overleg en gezellige borrels.

De penningmeester

Je beheert de financiën van de stichting: je bent verantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding, de financiële transacties en de belastingaangifte. Je adviseert de rest van het bestuur over het financieel beheer en stelt de begroting en het financieel jaarverslag op. Daarnaast vind je het ook leuk om mee te denken over de strategie en/of uitvoering van de activiteiten. In de weken rond events ben je ongeveer 2 tot 4 uur per week kwijt aan PianoFest. In de rest van het jaar minder.

PianoFest is looking for a new board member/treasurer

Does keeping the financial records, making budgets and annual reports make you happy? Do you fancy piano music? And are you interested in volunteering with a social and enthusiastic team? Then we are looking for you! PianoFest is looking for a new board member who will take on the role of treasurer. It is an unpaid position.

PianoFest Foundation

The PianoFest Foundation was founded in 2017. With a small and entrepreneurial team, we regularly organize piano festivals, where amateurs can perform like real artists for 5 minutes on a professional stage and on a top-notch grand piano. The festival also provides workshops, masterclasses and performances by inspirational artists of all music styles. We do this for all amateur pianists in the Netherlands: whether they are 5 or 85 years old, whether they have been taking piano classes all their life, or just started with YouTube tutorials, and whether they play classical, jazzy or pop compositions. We are there for all piano lovers of all levels!

The board

The board members have an executive mandate and consists of a chair who deals with fundraising and general coordination and the board secretary, who has production and design in their portfolio. In principle, we meet once every two months at a location in Amsterdam. We also maintain regular contact outside of these meetings for coordination and social drinks.

The Treasurer

You will manage the finances of the foundation: you are responsible for accounting, financial transactions and tax reimbursements. You advise the rest of the board on financial management and prepare the budget and the annual financial report. In addition, you also enjoy thinking about or working on the activities and strategy of the foundation. It is convenient if you have a basic knowledge of Dutch. In the weeks leading up to events, you will spend 2 to 4 hours a week on PianoFest. The rest of the year it will be less.
